Questions
Asked with love, answered with care
I have never done yoga or Qi Gong. Can I still come?
Yes, wholeheartedly. Our classes are gentle and welcoming, and teachers offer variations for every body. Beginners are not merely accepted here, they are expected and loved.
Do I need to book ahead?
Please do. Choose a class or offering and complete the short registration so we know to expect you. First-time visitors are asked to complete a waiver once, after registering.
What does class cost?
Yoga and Qi Gong classes are $20 Community · $25 Sustaining, with Practice Passes available for regulars. Sacred Song and several other gatherings are by donation.
Can I bring my children?
Children are part of the life of this place. Family gatherings and Creative Friday Nites welcome all ages; for quieter practices, ask us and we will help you find the right fit.
Do I have to follow a particular tradition?
No. Welcome Om is intermystical. People of every background and every path, including no path at all, are welcome exactly as they are.
