Meet Dancing Leaf
Nearly twenty years on the path.
Dancing Leaf has been walking the path of Qigong for nearly twenty years. What began as a personal search for healing became a lifelong practice of listening to the body, to the breath, and to the quiet wisdom that lives within each of us.
After experiencing a debilitating tick-borne illness that deeply affected her energy, nervous system, and overall health, she chose a path of natural healing rather than conventional treatment. That journey led her to Master Robert Peng, whose elegant teachings became the foundation of a profound transformation. She later completed his Qigong Healer Certification and continued her studies with respected teachers including Mantak Chia, Daisy Lee, and Damo Mitchell.
For more than a decade, Dancing Leaf has shared these practices with others, creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover their own capacity for healing. Her classes gently weave together Qigong, breath, meditation, and the timeless principles of Chinese medicine to cultivate vitality, restore balance, and nourish the nervous system.
At Welcome Om, Dancing Leaf offers more than movement, she offers an invitation to come home to yourself. Her teaching is warm, grounded, and accessible, welcoming people of every age, ability, and experience level.
